UK - ADAPT
Agricultural Diffuse Aquatic Pollution Toolkit

(Posted 19 February 2007)

UK-ADAPT is a resource for researchers and funders to make everyone aware of projects that contribute to our understanding of managing catchments to decrease diffuse pollution from agriculture.

WAGRICO
Water Protection in Cooperation with Agriculture

(Posted 19 February 2007)

This is a collaborative project in the UK (south west England) and Germany (Lower Saxony). The aim is to work with, and support, the local farming community in protecting ground water quality. This project started in October 2005 and will run until September 2008. The project will use catchment advisers who will be the points of contact for farmers and who will be able to offer assistance and advice on the introduction of a range of ‘programme of measures’.
